Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s possible split is gaining momentum: the actor is leaving the mansion in the middle of the singer’s European trip, according to new reports published by People magazine.
A source told the outlet that Affleck took all of her belongings with him. Last week, the ‘Selena’ star was in Italy and then went to Paris Fashion Week, where she was one of the most praised artists at the Dior show.
Regarding the new rumors, a second People source confirmed the information and assured that the actor is still living in a rented apartment. “Ben is still living in the rental apartment in Brentwood. He has been there for about two months.”
The same witness said that the star of ‘Argo’ is apparently fine and is trying to enjoy the time he has with his children.
“Looks like it’s ok. He has been in his office every day and seems focused on work. “He also spends time with his children,” he said.
Despite all the rumors, this Thursday, June 27, Jennifer Lopez was seen visiting her husband’s office in Los Angeles.
A day before, the actor was caught by the paparazzi wearing his wedding ring, a situation that sparked rumors of a possible reconciliation.
However, days before, he was not wearing his wedding ring, even though Jennifer Lopez never stopped wearing it.
The couple has met at some family events, but have remained distant.
All the breakup problems started after the ‘On The Floor’ singer canceled her world tour. After that, it was reported that they were living separately and it was learned that they were selling her mansion, valued at more than $60 million dollars.
After People’s new report, everything indicates that the separation continues and the divorce is imminent.
Amid the split, the two are taking advantage of spending time with their families. Since returning from Europe, Lopez is spending more time with her children, Max and Emme, 16, from her relationship with salsa singer Marc Anthony.
The couple has become one of Hollywood’s favorites, more so because of their powerful love story. They were engaged in 2003, after 18 years they met again and married in 2022 at a wedding in Las Vegas, Nevada.
After the surprise marriage, the couple attended public events and were seen very much in love. Reporters often caught them kissing on the lips and Lopez stated that she was very happy to be with the love of her life.
