With the start of the Leagues Cup ever closer, The official anthem of the 2024 edition was announced to the public, titled “Our Colors.” and that will bring together the voices of great multi-award winning Latin talents.
According to a statement, the song features the participation of the winner of 6 Latin Grammy Awards Christian Nodalthe global superstar Taboothe Grammy nominated singer and songwriter Emily Estefanthe multiple Latin Grammy nominee Gusithe Argentine singer Abel Pintos and the renowned leader of Los Rabanes, Emilio Regueira.
“Nuestros Colores” reflects the multicultural aspect present in Leagues Cup, which is why its video embodies the diverse voices and cultures that are essential to the tournament, as imagined and produced by Cuban-American producer and Grammy winner Emilio Estefan Jr.
“For us, the anthem celebrates the unity and cultural pluralism of Leagues Cup. ‘Our Colors’ mixes various sounds to fuse culture and music, highlighting the message of unity, culture and North American soccer,” Emilio Estefan Jr. declared to the regard.
For her part, Marcela Garcia, Vice President of Marketing for Leagues Cup, added: “We are excited to collaborate with Emilio Estefan Jr. and this incredible cast of artists. Their passion and energy perfectly capture the spirit of our tournament. “Our anthem is a testament to the power of music to bring people together and celebrate the most unique football tournament in the world.”
The theme song, whose music video is now available on digital platforms, aims to create memorable and interactive experiences, both in the stadium and through streaming on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and Apple Music.
The World Cup-style tournament, featuring all 47 clubs from Major League Soccer (MLS) and LIGA MX, It will begin on Friday, July 26, 2024 and will run until August 25, 2024.
