Donald Trump, Republican presidential candidate, supports the law passed in Louisiana by which it is established that the 10 Commandments that govern the Jewish and Christian religions be displayed in school classrooms.
Recently, Republican Governor Jeff Landry signed new legislation where A poster-sized display of the 10 Commandments is required in all classrooms of state-funded schools from kindergarten through college. with “large, easily readable fonts.”

In response, the American Civil Liberties Union of Louisiana, Americans United for the Separation of Church and State, the American Civil Liberties Union and the Religion Freedom Foundation say they are considering filing a lawsuit to challenge the new law because According to the Constitution, Congress cannot “make any law respecting an establishment of religion.”
