The farewell to one of the most emblematic sports cars in Jaguar is here. He F-TYPEwith its elegant design and powerful performance, is retired from production, leaving an indelible mark on the automotive world.

With the special edition launched in 2022we already knew that this moment would come, and now it is official: The last Jaguar F-TYPE has rolled off the production line.

This final F-TYPE isn’t just any car; is a collector’s piece that pays tribute to the iconic E-Type with its special paint and custom luxury interior.

The exterior of the car is finished in Giola Green with a black top, while the interior is lined in tan Windsor leather, evoking the design of the last 1974 E-Type.

Beyond being a farewell for the model, this event also marks the end of the iconic engine Jaguar’s 5.0 supercharged V8. This engine, in its configuration for the F-TYPE, produces 450 horsepoweralthough in its SVR version it reached up to 575 HP.

With the end of production of the F-TYPE, we also say goodbye to this V8 engine, as Jaguar heads towards an all-electric future.

Starting next year, Jaguar will only produce electric vehicles, with a zero-emissions GT planned as the first model of this new era.

This change reflects a significant movement in the automotive industry towards sustainability and emissions reduction.

The fate of this F-TYPE so special is not a private garage, but the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust in the United Kingdom.

This fund, established in 1983preserves and celebrates the rich history of Jaguar and Daimler, housing an impressive collection of exclusive models dating back to the late 19th century.

Before completing production of the F-TYPEJaguar launched several special editions, including the series 75 and ZP.

The ZP series, limited to only 150 unitsalso pays homage to the E-Type, as does the 2020 Heritage 60 edition with its distinctive Sherwood Green paint.

In its ten years of production, Jaguar sold 87,731 units of the F-TYPE, surpassing the E-Type by 15,000 examples.

The absence of the F-TYPE leaves a void in the sports car market, and the porsche 911 will lose a formidable competitor.

This latest F-TYPE is more than a car; It is a symbol of Jaguar’s legacy and the evolution of the automotive industry.

As we celebrate its history, we also look to a future where innovation and sustainability will be the new driving forces.
