Britney Spears reappears on the music charts and it is not because she has new music, her fans are uniting to position the song ‘Criminal’, after Justin Timberlake’s arrest for driving while intoxicated.

The singer was arrested this Tuesday, June 18, after the police confirmed that he was driving under the influence of alcohol.

After what happened, fans of the pop princess used their social networks to encourage users to buy and listen to Spear’s single released as a single from her seventh album in 2011.

According to People, the single is ranked number 68 on the iTunes pop chart in the United States.

In other countries, it is also rising, reaching number one in Mexico, third place in Brazil and position 67 in Spain.

It is not the first time that Britney Spears fans have mobilized against Justin Timberlake, and this has intensified even more after the publication of her book, ‘The Woman in me’.

In January of this year, The singer released his single ‘Selfish,’ and fans turned their attention to a Spears song of the same name in 2011.

Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York, when he allegedly drove his 2025 BMW through a “stop” sign and “failed to stay on the right side of the road,” the police report revealed.
