The Eagles of America They do not want to be left behind Cruz Azul in terms of signings for the Apertura 2024 tournament and for that reason they are negotiating with Pachuca and Atlético de San Luis, the incorporations of the midfielder from the Mexico team Erick “Chiquito” Sánchez and the Uruguayan Juan Manuel Sanabria.

According to unofficial versions, América surveyed the cost of Sánchez’s transfer and the answer was between $8 and $9 million dollars (approximately $165 million pesos).but it all depends on the midfielder’s options in Europe, since he was being explored by Ajax from the Netherlands or Toulouse from France, especially because they expected a better offer from Feyenoord, where Santiago Giménez also plays.

The truth is that the Mexican player has the floor, especially because his intention is to follow in the footsteps of his friend Luis Chávez, who without caring about the risk of betting on a European team, ended up accepting the offer from Dinamo Moscow and from there he continues trying to attract attention to go to a more competitive league, when even América itself was close to incorporating him into their ranks.

It is true that this player could also reach Real Oviedo, as long as the Spanish team achieves promotion to the First Division of Spain in the dispute it is carrying out. with Sporting de Gijón. It should be noted that Oviedo is owned by the Pachuca Group and it is projected that, along with Erick Sánchez, the Dutch Oussama Idrissi, the Venezuelan Salomón Rondón and the Colombian Nelson Deossa will be reinforcements.

América is currently trying to convince Erick Sánchez and thus be able to compete with the signing of the Greek Giorgos Giakoumakis by Cruz Azul, which has set the transfer market on fire ahead of the Apertura 2024 tournament. Well, the former forward for Atlanta United of Major League Soccer was a forward coveted by several Mexican teams and ended up signing with Cruz Azul in a transaction that was around $10 million dollars ($184 million pesos).

So America is waiting for the response from Pachuca and Erick Sánchez, although in this case the Tuzos board has already left everything in the hands of the player’s representatives. At the same time, the American board is also seeking to close the hiring of the Uruguayan midfielder Juan Manuel Sanabria.

However, the fact that the American interest has been made public on social networks has caused other Mexican teams to get involved in the negotiation and the cost of 4.5 million dollars ($82 million pesos) has risen to $7 million dollars ($128 million pesos), which will apparently make América desist from this signing.

The Moroccan of Dutch origin Oussama Idrissi would go to Real Ovideo, as long as this Spanish team owned by Grupo Pachuca achieves promotion to the First Division of Spain. He would be accompanied by Erick “Chiquito” Sánchez, the Colombian Nelson Deossa and the Venezuelan Salomón Rondón.

It is true that in the Águilas environment, the version also emerged that the Colombian Nelson Deossa could be another of the reinforcementstaking into account the great role that the Pachuca player acquired in the Liga MX league and in the Concachampions finals.

So we will have to wait and see what happens in the next few hours.
