Three years ago the actor Armie Hammer He was accused by several women of inappropriate sexual behavior and even having “cannibalistic desires,” which caused him to be excluded from film and television projects, such as the series “The Offer” and the movie “Shotgun Wedding” (in which I would have worked with Jennifer Lopez). Now he expressed his opinion about that stage of his life, and made known his new project.

Interviewed by Tyler Ramsey for the podcast “Painful Lessons“, Hammer, 37, spoke about it: “Whatever people said, whatever happened, I am now in a place in my life where I am grateful for every little thing. In fact, now “I’m in a place where I’m very grateful for it, because where I was before all those things happened to me, I didn’t feel good.”

Armie, known for movies like “The Social Network” and “The Lone Ranger”, He acknowledged that his attitude during the years in which he was successful as an actor was not the best: “I never felt satisfied. I never had enough. I was never in a place where I was happy with myself and where I had self-esteem. I never knew how to give myself love. But I had this job where I was able to get validation from so many people, that I never had to learn how to give (validation) to myself.”

The controversy around Armie Hammer was exposed in a documentary series titled “House Of Hammer”released on the platform Discovery+ in 2022. A year after the investigations, it was announced that no charges were filed against him, since there was not enough evidence. and the relationships that the actor had with the girls who accused him were consensual.

Both in 2021 and now, the artist was surprised by the accusations in which “cannibalism” was mentioned., after which he became depressed: “People called me a cannibal. Like I eat people! That?! Do you know what you have to do to be a cannibal? You have to eat people!” Finally, Armie Hammer commented that he is planning to write a script, if he does not receive new proposals to work on a film.
