Jennifer Lopez praises Ben Affleck as her 'hero' on Father's Day

Jennifer Lopez did not let herself be defeated by the separation rumors, the artist took advantage of Father’s Day to congratulate her husband, Ben Affleck. In one post, she called him “her hero of hers.”

Through his stories, he shared an image of a young Affleck and wrote: “Our hero” and congratulated him.

Affleck, 51, is the father of Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12. His three children are shared with his ex-wife, actress Jennifer Garner.

In addition to that, the protagonist of ‘Argo’ is the stepfather of the 16-year-old twins, Emme and Max.

In recent days, the couple has shared discreetly. They met at the graduation of Affleck’s son, Samuel, and barely maintained contact, according to media outlets such as Six Page.

After that, Lopez was seen hanging out with her stepdaughter Violet. At the moment, neither of them has commented on the rumors of divorce or their possible separation, despite the fact that they are selling their marital home in California for more than $60 million dollars.

When did the divorce rumors start?

Divorce rumors between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez intensified after the ‘The Ring’ singer canceled her world tour at the last minute, claiming she wanted to focus on her family.

After that, TMZ reported that the two lived in separate residences, while their mansion was for sale in the hands of a real estate specialist company.

The couple reunited after 18 years of their engagement and got married in 2022 in Las Vegas.

Despite all the rumors, the couple is trying to see each other more frequently. A source told People: “They are still friendly and see each other every few days.”

Reports indicate that in mid-May, Affleck moved into a house in Brentwood and has since been searching for a house in Los Angeles.

Around that time, a witness told Six Page that the actor has “come to his senses” about marriage and is willing to move forward.

The same media outlet alleged that their lifestyles did not fit together and it was a reality that could not be hidden.

““If there was a way to get divorced on the grounds of temporary insanity, I would do it.”stated the same source.

“He feels like the last two years were just a fever dream, and now he has come to his senses and understands that there is just no way this is going to work,” he added.
