On April 29, 2005, actress Mariana Levy lost her life after suffering a heart attack in Mexico City, leaving behind her three children. María, Paula and José Emilio when they were still children.

Although almost two decades have passed since the tragic event, it will not be until now that Mariana Levy’s children will receive the inheritance she left them and for which they have been fighting for years.

The above information was released by Carolina Capillathe executor of the deceased actress’s will, who announced that very soon the young people will receive what corresponds to them from their mother’s will.

He shared the above in an interview he gave to the program ‘Ventaneando’ just days after the death of Pato Levy, the youngsters’ uncle, who also suffered from heart problems.

“We are nowhere near, soon they will be able to receive their shares,” explained the executor, who recalled that the actress from ‘La Pícara Soñadora’ established that, if she left, her children would receive their inheritance until they were of age. , without imagining that she would leave this world when her youngest son was only 10 months old.

These statements come after José Emilio raised his voice last January and accused that neither he nor his sisters had received a single peso of the money that his mother left them and that they would presumably give them when he turned 18, something which already happened several months ago.

“Unfortunately this inheritance has always been touched and moved, done and undone by everyone, not just by the heirs, no; my father at the time, my grandmother at the time,” the young man accused in an interview he gave to the program ‘De Primera Mano’.

In the other conversation, he accused María, his older sister who was born as a result of Mariana Levy’s relationship with Ariel López Padilla, of also hindering the distribution of the inheritance.

“I feel like Maria is blocking it, I don’t know how, but I think she has been preventing us from collecting her money. Maybe she thinks we are going to waste it and waste it,” she declared at the time to TVNotas magazine.

Among the assets that he would have left them is a property in the state of Morelos, for which there is an impressive debt for maintenance, which has never been paid by ‘Pirru’, the actress’s ex-partner, so her children must absorb that debt before being able to have possession of the property.
