“Ryan García is out of control”: Julio César Chávez Jr. worries about his fellow boxer

He didn’t say it expressly, but it gives every impression that Julio César Chávez Jr. sees himself reflected in the current situation that his boxer colleague Ryan García is going throughwho was arrested a few days ago in Beverly Hills for vandalism.

Chávez Jr., just leaving a Los Angeles court where the judge decided to drop the charges he faced for possession of illegal weapons, He offered Real America News his impressions about what is happening with Ryan García, who coincidentally was released this Tuesday as he himself indicated on his social networks. Ironically, Chávez Jr. is today in a position to comment on Ryan García’s erratic behavior. The 38-year-old has been through a lot and in turn reported mental health issues, especially last year and early this year, which led to his arrest in Los Angeles.

His comments about García were not made in an arrogant manner, but rather with a tone of concern, solidarity and knowledge of the facts.

Julio César Chávez Jr.’s recommendation for Ryan García

Clean after months of treatment, The son of the greatest Mexican boxer in history observes lack of control in García’s recent behavior.

“Well, Ryan García is out of control, he is out of control a little bit. He is a good boy, but he is out of control, that is well known,” commented Chávez Jr., who dared to send a message to the 25-year-old Californian.

“He should be careful with his life because look, he is in a sport that is very risky receiving hits and there are people who do not care to use the worst… that with anything it can go wrong,” said the Sinaloan. “Be careful with your mental health, [con] their friendships. He also had a problem with his mother who came out sick. All of this if she doesn’t take care of him, because she can hurt him, so she has to be careful. I hope he is well, but he is a good boy.”

Chávez Jr. thinks Canelo should fight David Benavídez

Besides, Chávez Jr. briefly expressed his opinion on the hot topic of Canelo Álvarez refusing to face David Benavídeza fight that the boxing world is crying out for but whose realization seems unlikely.

“I think Canelo should fight him to get more money and win, well,” said Chávez Jr., who unsuccessfully faced Saúl Álvarez in 2017.

“He’s big and strong and he’s young, so he’s dangerous,” El “Junior” commented on why he believes Canelo doesn’t want to fight Benavídez.

Chávez Jr. plans to continue boxing and confirmed outside the court that his goal is to fight in the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul rescheduled for November.
