Yolanda Andrade appears unable to speak and using a blackboard to communicate

The health of Yolanda Andrade continues to worry his fans. She attended the most recent broadcast of “Montse & Joe” (a program she hosts with Montserrat Oliver), but she could hardly speak. Despite this, he was cheerful and used a blackboard to communicate.

At the beginning of the program Montserrat explained the situation to the audience: “Yolanda came today with very few words. They’re going to have to put up with me, because I’m going to be her interpreter, because it turns out that she is hoarse and can’t speak. But look, they gave you a blackboard.”

The guests on the program were Ivonne Montero and Miguel Rodarte. The latter is a great friend of Andrade, and told anecdotes about the two when they were teenagers. Trying to break the tension with some humor, the actor made comments to the host such as: “Were you like that, singing, or at least you had a good time losing your voice, or not?” and “With how scandalous you are Yolanda, she feels empty here.” She responded with a few words, but her voice sounded weak and her effort to articulate sentences was notable. At one point in the conversation she said, “I’m frustrated.”

In May 2023, Yolanda Andrade was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, and to date she continues to receive treatment. Magazine TVNotes recently released the statements of a person close to the driver, in which he detailed the symptoms that Yolanda faces every day: “He gets very bad migraines that he can’t control even with medication…So much so that they even close his eye. Those who have suffered from these headaches know how disabling they can be. “He can’t stand the light or being talked to.”

Last month Yolanda Andrade caused controversy again, by writing in her Instagram stories a message addressed to the actress Verónica Castro, with whom he claims to have had an alleged romantic relationship. Along with a photograph showing a painting of the Virgin of Guadalupe, she included the text: “You and I know. For now, I ask you for reflection.” All of this once again caused confusion among his followers.
