With this purchase, Shohei Ohtani will be about 20 minutes away near Dodger Stadium. The mansion is 13 miles from Chavez-Ravine.

The price of $7.85 million was the lowest price the mansion fell since it was listed for sale in the summer of 2023. At first it was at $8.99 million, but then in October it dropped to $8.35 million.
