After sharing their voices in the reality show known as ‘Juego de Voces’, the Mexican press began to associate Eduardo Capetillo Jr. with Lucerito Mijares. During their time on the show, the two became close and this fueled rumors of a possible love relationship.
In a meeting with the media, Bibi Gaitán’s son took the opportunity to confront the rumors and clarify that there is only friendship between them.
“I’m going to tell you, Lucerito is practically my sister; I adored her like family. We made a great family,” she said.
“She is a very pretty girl, very talented. She is a beautiful woman. But we are family, both Lucero and Mia [Rubín]Mel [Melenie Carmona]Joss [Álvarez] That’s what we did, a big family after ‘Voice Game’. My four fellow heirs, apart from being beautiful, as human beings, as people, have a talent that I am sure will shine in what they do,” he added.
In this way, he made it clear that there is only friendship between the two, despite the chemistry they transmitted when they sang a regional Mexican genre song on the program.
After his statement, the singer took the opportunity to praise Lucerito:
“Lucy is a sweetheart. She is complete. She is a very strong woman. She knows what she is, what she has. She is beautiful, talented, she shines alone.”
Eduardo Capetillo single?
Capetillo Jr. confessed that he is single at the moment, but that he is not closed to love. He also added that in an upcoming concert he will be collaborating with his father.
As for Lucerito Mijares, the young woman has faced different negative comments about her physical appearance. Even different personalities in the media have come to her defense, such as Andrea Legarreta.
The host of ‘Hoy’ condemned the comments made by the hosts of Imagen TV: Eduardo Videgaray and Sofía Rivera Torres.
“It is not the first time, I mean, they are girls, because I also speak for my daughters, which is sadly a constant, that it is not only people from the media, there are people in society that we should analyze ourselves, I think this could be the watershed and help us turn to see ourselves and analyze how to be better people,” he commented in a video broadcast on his social networks.
