Only 1 player in the top 15 highest-paid players in the NBA reached the Conference Finals

This Sunday the NBA Conference Finals were defined. Only 1 player from the top 15 most paid players jwill play in the instances to reach the final.

The top 15 highest-paid NBA players earn more than $40 million per year. Only Rudy Gobert remains as the highest-paid player with a chance at the title.

Gobert plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves who eliminated the Denver Nuggets. The French center and Defender of the Year is ranked 13th among the highest paid in the NBA.

The NBA Conference Finals begin this Tuesday with the East. The Indiana Pacers against the Boston Celtics.

By the West, The Minnesota Timberwolves will play their second conference final against the Dallas Mavericks.

After the elimination of the Denver Nuggets, this season there will be a new NBA champion. Minnesota and Indiana do not have NBA titles, while the most recent champione among these four teams are the Dallas Mavericks in 2011.
