The Panamanian Football Federation (Fepafut) revealed the new Reebok brand shirt that the Panamanian team will wear in the Copa América and the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
The color red prevails, mixed with some representative details such as a hat, which is native to La Pintada, in the Panamanian province of Coclé and which has been declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
“I would dare say that people say that the new Reebok t-shirt is the lucky t-shirt, but let’s let time flow, although it has been determined that we are on a good trajectory,” said the representative of the Reebok Panama brand, Mark Yohros.
The alternative shirt of the Panamanian team will be white with blue trim, while the goalkeepers will wear uniforms with colors such as purpleturquoise and yellow.
How much will they cost and when will Panama debut the new jersey?
The new uniforms of the Panamanian national team will be on sale starting this Friday in brand stores for $64.95 dollars.
The Panama team will play the World Cup qualifiers with the red model in home games. The first match will be played on June 6 against the Guyana team.
Both sports kits carry the new Fepafut logo, which was revealed last week, where Panama merges with the country’s flag and the Harpy Eagle, the national bird, with its wings spread and representing the 10 provinces of the country. .
“A few days ago we presented the shield and today we complement it with this new t-shirtwhich will take us to new levels,” explained the president of Fepafut, Manuel Arias.
It is also specified that the “professional” version of the shirt incorporates materials that have technology for maximum comfort and high performance of the players during the match.
