Alexis Vega comments on the boos in Guadalajara: “I didn't expect applause”

Alexis Vega returned to the Akron Stadium for the game against Chivas and was received with boos, something the Mexican expected.

Toluca fell 1-0 against the Sacred Flock. Vega acknowledged after the match that he did not expect applause and that fans have the right to do whatever.

“Until the last day in Chivas I was the happiest with my family. Afterwards, I didn’t expect applause, it’s part of football.”declared Alexis Vega in the mixed zone.

“People pay for a ticket and have every right to shout, I have nothing against them. I take those bad comments as good vibes for me. I try to enjoy the game, which is the most important thing.”

Alexis Vega did not leave Chivas de Guadalajara in the best conditions. After controversies about off-field situationsmany fans called for the departure of the Mexican attacker.
