Former President Donald Trump once again violated the gag order imposed by Judge Juan Merchan, for which he must pay an additional $1,000.
Last week, the Republican was fined $9,000 for the same reason, but this Monday Judge Merchan determined that the former president committed the same offense again, which indicates that he should avoid attacking prosecutors and any member of the court, as well as potential witnesses.
Trump is facing trial for paying $130,000 to porn star Stormy Daniels, due to suspicious transactions that may have violated tax and electoral laws.
