Seven people were injured by gunshot wounds in a shooting that broke out this Saturday night outside a Long Beach nightclubthe authorities reported.
In a press release, the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) confirmed that the shooting occurred around 11:15 pm at the intersection of Paramount Boulevard and South Street.

The gunshots broke out in the area near the Prendido de Noche nightcluba venue that was full of guests enjoying the music at the time the shots were heard.
The Long Beach Police Department said Four of the injured people were in critical but stable condition.; while the other three had injuries that were not life-threatening.

Long Beach Paramedics The injured people were transported to nearby hospitals.. The other injured victims took themselves to local medical centers.
In his press release this Sunday, The LBPD said all of the victims were adult men. and that one of the lines of investigation was that the shooting was gang-related.
“Preliminary investigation indicates that at least two male suspects shot at a group of people“Long Beach police said in their statement.

“The suspects They fled the area immediately after the shooting…While this remains an active investigation, detectives believe this incident is gang-related,” Long Beach authorities said.
Videos at the scene of the shooting showed one of the victims being transferred to an ambulance amid a heavy police presence in the nightclub parking lot.
It was also seen when a person was put into the back of a police carbut investigators did not provide any information related to his identity or the reason he was being detained.

Until this Sunday morning, Authorities had not provided a description of the suspects. and the reasons why the shooting occurred were also unclear.
The Long Beach Police Department reported that will deploy additional patrol officersin addition to the Neighborhood Bicycle Safety Team providing additional security to locate possible witnesses to the shooting and possible leads to assist in the investigations.
