Bronny James will be invited to the NBA Draft Combine, an event that will feature 78 players and will take place in Chicago.

For the first time, the Draft Combine will require all players to participate if they want to be selected in the NBA Draft. This was achieved as part of an agreement between the Players Association and the NBA.

Participation will include medical examinations, exchange of medical history, biomechanical and functional movement testing, as well as strength and agility tests, performance tests and anthropometric measurements.

What do players do at the Draft Combine?

Players are required to have meetings with teams and participate in media circuits as well as development sessions.

Players will not be required to play in 5vs.5 sessions, although they will be required to take shooting practice.

Bronny James takes this first step to be eligible for the NBA after he suffered cardiac arrest during the month of July in 2023.

This could lead him to fulfill his dream of playing with his father in the NBA if he ends up being selected by the Los Angeles Lakers.

He then underwent a procedure to treat a congenital heart defect that sidelined him for five months, sources said.

LeBron James’ son will need to be examined and approved by a fitness committee declaring him ready and eligible to participate in team workouts, compete in draft combine drills and scrimmages.

This Draft Combine will also feature a report of the Top-10 most important prospects. This will allow the teams that have one of the first 10 selections to know the close data on the health of these 10 stars in depth.

Perth’s Alex Sarr, Matas Buzelis (G League Ignite), Stephon Castle (UConn), Donovan Clingan (UConn), Zaccharie Risacher (JL Bourg) and Nikola Topic (Red Star Belgrade) make up, in alphabetical order, the second group of prospects ranked 2 to 6.

Rob Dillingham (Kentucky), Ron Holland (G League Ignite), Dalton Knecht (Tennessee) and Reed Sheppard (Kentucky) are the third group of prospects ranked 7-10.
