Noah Cuatro's parents sentenced to life in prison for death of 4-year-old boy in Palmdale

The parents of Noah Cuatro, a 4-year-old boy who was tortured and murdered in July 2019, They were sentenced this Tuesday to sentences of up to life imprisonment.

José María Cuatro Jr. was sentenced to 32 years to life in prison, and Úrsula Elaine Juárez to 22 years to life in prison.by Superior Court Judge Robert G. Chu, for the death of Noah Cuatro, a death that was initially reported as drowning.

Cuatro Jr., 32 years old, pleaded not guilty on March 29 to a charge of first-degree murder and another of torture; while Juárez pleaded not guilty to one count of second-degree murder and another of torture.

Cuatro Jr. and Juárez they waived their appeal rights in his plea agreement.

Noah was taken first to Palmdale Regional Medical Center and later to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. where he was pronounced dead the next day.
