Woman stabs man during wild riot at Florida store

The police reported that A Florida woman caused a wild riot at a 24-hour convenience store and stabbed a man with a large knife before committing other crimes.for which she was arrested shortly after.

Christina Marie Crane, 37, was charged with attempted murder, criminal mischief and aggravated assault. She was also charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to FOX 13 Tampa.

The Pinellas Park Police Department told the outlet that the incident took place at the Wawa store on Gandy Boulevard around 10 pm on Friday night.

Authorities believe the suspect was under the influence of alcohol at the time and in a state of “excited delirium” when she entered the store.

Crane allegedly took a fixed-blade knife from the store and stabbed a man with it, causing him to bleed. He suffered a small abrasion on his left hand, according to authorities.

After leaving the Wawa, authorities said the suspect entered an office and raised the knife over an employee’s head. She reportedly told the office worker, “I will kill you.”

Crane is also accused of swinging the knife in a way that almost hit another office worker. She reportedly smashed computer monitors in the office, causing more than $1,000 worth of property damage.
