Cristina Porta entered ‘La Casa de los Famosos’ with the firm intention of establishing a bond with the Hispanic public, however, her time on the program was plagued by moments full of controversy and misunderstandings.
During his participation in the program, Cristina Porta had moments of controversy and discussions with other participants, like Thalí García. She was also notable for changing plans during the first nomination and giving points to the fourth fire participants.

Discussion with Thalí García
One of the first controversies of the program was starred by Cristina Porta and Thalí García. In a discussion that occurred on January 31. Just days after the start of the fourth season, on the 23rd of that month.
Porta asked García if she had set up the Fourth Earth and the Mexican responded: “No, I swear it by my children.” In the middle of the discussion, García assured that it was Maripily Rivera who set up the room and the actress denied it.
Cristina called her manipulative and a liar for that fact. At this, García exploded and told him not to mess with his children and that he hoped he would return to his country.
García then apologized to the Spanish woman: “I stand by what I said behind your back, that you are a genuine woman and I am sorry that things have gotten out of control and again I am sorry for the comment I made.”
She did not accept an apology and replied “I tell you that God forgives you.”
Cristina Porta leaves the ‘Fuagua’ alliance
Cristina Porta was the first participant to leave ‘Fuagua’, the alliance between the fourth water and fire. The Spaniard assured that she would be independent and in the reality show she was nicknamed “Cristina’s independent republic.”
He decided to play that way, but that cost him the friendship of other members of his room such as Robbie Mora, La Bronca, La Bebeshita and Sophie Durand.
This decision resulted in Porta being limited when buying food and interacting with other members of the house.
In addition to that, the members of the Cuarto Agua voted for her and she was nominated. About this, she spoke with Clovis Nienow and through tears she told him: “I’m sad because I trust people and I’m always wrong… it’s a shitty life not to trust people.”
Cristina Porta faces Alfredo Adame
Since her entry into the Telemundo reality show, Cristina Porta criticized Alfredo Adame for his behavior and called him sexist on several occasions.
Both celebrities argued on more than one occasion. But, the last argument they had was when Adame made a transphobic comment. She asked him not to refer to a trans woman as a man.
The Mexican actor was talking to La Bronca and Porta appeared to say: “I would ask you not to call a woman uncle, at least in front of me.”
The actor replied: “I’m not talking to you, I’m talking to La Bronca and don’t want to label me.”
He also added: “You are a quarrelsome butch, to me you are worthless. You are an undesirable person everywhere. “You are vulgar, you are an ordinary woman.”
Cristina Porta got upset with Maripily Rivera
After her brief separation from Fourth Earth, Maripily Rivera found allies in the new fourth fire: Patricia Corcino, Paulo Quevedo and Cristina Porta.
The peace between them did not last long, due to the return of Rivera with the members of his room: Ariadna Gutiérrez, Rodrigo Romeh and Clovis Nienow. It all happened after La Divaza left the reality show.
The Puerto Rican affirmed that she was a woman of forgiveness and that she was willing to move forward.
This news made Cristina Porta upset, who stated: “Independent Maripily Republic? If you were with us… you have to be grateful in life, the truth is. We three have supported you.”
Porta is the fourteenth participant to say goodbye to the reality show, which will end on May 20.
