Iran says it has no intention of continuing attacks on Israel

The Iranian Foreign Minister, Hosein Amir Abdolahian stated this Sunday that Iran has no intention to “continue defensive operations”in reference to the attack against Israel, but stressed that he will not hesitate to “protect its interests” if necessary.

“Right now, The Islamic Republic of Iran has no intention to continue defensive operationsbut if necessary it will not hesitate to protect its legitimate interests in the face of any new aggression,” Abdolahian said on his X account.

“The exercise of the right of self-defense demonstrates Iran’s responsible approach to peace and regional and international security,” added the head of Iranian diplomacy.
