Gasoline has increased in the last week to reach an average price of $3.4 per gallon, after having remained between $3.1 and $3.2 per gallon.

The national average increase in the United States is due to an increase in oil, which could be complicated after two attacks by Ukrainian armed forces on two Russian refineries.

This, coupled with the conflict in the Middle East that has forced different vessels to change course in the transportation of products and fuel, according to reports from European agencies and media such as DW.

On the West Coast, gasoline remains at the highest prices, such as in California at $4.88 dollars per gallon and Nevada with $4.14 dollars per gallon.

Although the increases are less than $0.50 per gallon, the trend is upward and analysts warn of a possible peak that also impacts inflation.
