The South African actress Charlize Theron, 48, decided to put up for sale a mansion that she has owned for 20 years in the area of Hollywood Hillsin California.
The property, which she acquired shortly after winning her Oscar for the film ‘Monster’, is in a Spanish architectural style and was purchased by the actor in $3 million dollars.
Although almost two decades have passed since its acquisition, Charlize Theron is considering getting rid of her home for $3.8 million dollarsthat is, it will not really be a business for her.
The house dates back to the late 1960s, but despite this it looks like it did in its best days, as it has undergone various renovations over time and with the passing of the owners.
According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the residence is distributed over two floors and has an area of 3,100 square feetwith three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, office. laundry room, garage for two vehicles, among other rooms.
Outside, on her lot of just over an acre, Charlize enjoyed a terrace, extensive green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, barbecue area, among other amenities.
In addition to attracting attention for its interiors and exteriors, the actress’s still home also attracts attention for its privacy, its security and its enviable views, which makes it a paradise in the heart of the Hollywood Hills.
