The actor Joe Manganiello, 47 years old and who a few months ago separated from the Colombian actress Sofía Vergara, has already started a new life in the company of his girlfriend Caitlin O’Connor, with whom he even took her to live with him , just as we made it known to you right here.
What was not known was the exact location of his new love nest, which contrasts with the luxuries he used to enjoy in the $28 million dollar mansion that his ex owns in the Beverly Hills area.
Joe Manganiello’s new home is a very modest apartment, as reported by the American version of The Sun newspaper, in which he does not enjoy the comforts he used to have until a few months ago.
His new home is not his own, but rather a rented home very close to a beach in Los Angeles, California.
“The Magic Mike hunk has been spotted coming and going from the apartment building with his new girlfriend Caitlin O’Connor and their dog,” The Sun reported.
So far it is unknown which of the apartments he lives in, but on the same day he signed his divorce from Sofía Vergara three of them were taken off the market, so one of them is surely his.
The smallest apartment, which we doubt is his, has an extension of 1,100 square feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The monthly rental cost is $6,500 dollars.
The largest, which consist of 3,600 square feet extension, they are equipped with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The cost per month amounts to $11,000 dollars.
“It’s a nice building, but it’s still a big difference from the huge mansions he used to share with Sofia in Beverly Hills. I guess he had to find a transitional rental place quickly after the divorce while he decides where to go next,” he said. a source in an interview with The Sun.
For now there are no images of the interior of the house, but it would not be surprising if in the future we could see the temporary home of this Hollywood hunk.
