Jennifer Lopez celebrated her twins’ birthday in Japan. This week, Max and Emme, children of JLo and Marc Anthony, turned 16 years old and they celebrated with a fun trip.
On Friday, The singer shared a video on Instagram of a trip she took with her children to Japan for her birthday. “16. Birthday trip 2024,” she wrote to accompany the publication.
In the video, JLo is heard telling Emme that she had never seen Max so excited about the trip they were going to take.
In the publication you can see fragments of the activities he did with his children and the places they visited. The only one missing from the video was Ben Affleck, who is unknown if he accompanied JLo and her children on their trip.
In the comments of the video, Jennifer Lopez’s followers highlighted the twins’ resemblance to her and Marc Anthony.
“My God, that child looks just like Marc”, “They look a lot like his father and Emmy looks like her mother”, “One looks like mom and the other like dad”, are some of the comments.
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony married in 2004. Four years later, they welcomed their twins Max and Emme. The singing couple ended their relationship in 2014.
For JLo, her two children are the most important people in her life. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, shared what he wants for his children. “I just want them to be whole, healthy, loving beings who stand firm in all their truth and without apologies,” she said.

Recently, It was the premiere of This Is Me… Now: A Love Storythe film that documents the love story between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood. There, her children were finally able to see the film that JLo had worked so hard on.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, JLo on the reaction of her twins, Emme and Max, to seeing the movie and how he explained to them that some parts are fiction and others reality.
“I was talking to my kids about this and then they said, ‘Which parts are real and which parts aren’t?’ And I said, ‘You’ll think some parts of it are real, but they’re not. And then some parts that you don’t think are real, are real,’” Lopez recalled.
“But it’s inspired by a lot of the things I went through and it’s really about what it’s been like for me to be a hopeless romantic my whole life, and some of the dangers of that,” she added.
