After the Republican favorite in the polls mocked her husband Michael for being part of a military mission that the South Carolina Army National Guard carries out in Africa, Nikki Haley, a candidate for the Republican candidacy, once again challenged the magnate New Yorker to debate face to face.

As part of his campaign strategy aimed at shaking off the defeats that the 77-year-old conservative candidate has suffered at the start of the primaries, The former governor of South Carolina issued a new campaign ad where she practically compiles several unfortunate comments made by Trump in relation to members of the Armed Forces.

Lasting a minute and a half, the production made by Haley’s team includes fragments of news reports analyzing some of the conservative politician’s comments, including one where he allegedly called the soldiers killed in the foreigner during the performance of his duty.

Elsewhere in the ad, Trump appears joking in 2015 about John McCain, a former Republican senator from Arizona who became a prisoner of war.

“I like people who were not captured,” the former president of the nation is heard saying.

Another topic that arises in the video is related to William Harry McRaven, retired Navy admiral, who supervised the Operation called “Neptune’s Spear” whose final objective was to execute the Muslim Osama bin Laden, in 2011, and of whom Donald also Trump scoffed seven years later.

About, Olivia Pérez-Cubas, national spokesperson for Nikki Haley, issued a brief statement in which disapproves of the conduct assumed by the Republican whose greatest ambition is to govern the country again.

“Donald Trump has a long history of insulting our veterans. He does not have to be commander in chief,” the letter states.

In response, Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung Not only did he defend his boss, but He described Nikki Haley as a promoter of war conflicts aligned with China’s interests.

“There has been no greater fighter for our military men and women than President Trump. “Nikki Haley likes to talk about her foreign policy skills, but bowing to China and advocating for forever wars by sending our troops into unnecessary conflicts represents the latest U.S. policies she loves so much,” she wrote on platform X, formerly known like Twitter.
