Bad Bunny heads Jacquemus' “Les Sculptures” campaign

Bad Bunny is once again the face of Jacquemus’ latest campaign, led by designer Simon Porte Jacquemus. On this occasion, the reggaeton singer becomes the center of attention of “Les Sculptures”, the most recent collection of the renowned fashion brand.

In a series of images captured in a French garden, Bad Bunny showcases Jacquemus’ latest menswear designs, striking poses that suggest the image of a living sculpture. In the first snapshot, the “A summer without you” artist wears an all-black outfit, highlighting a structured strapless top along with baggy dress pants.

The “Bad Rabbit” appears wearing different outfits that range from a total look in black leather to a monochromatic red outfit, through an elegant gray tailored suit and a striking printed jacket, as well as a one-shoulder jacket. In each photograph, Bad Bunny is positioned on pedestals that enhance the feeling of being in front of a work of art more than a human being, inviting the viewer to appreciate each detail carefully.

This collaboration is not the first between Bad Bunny and Jacquemus, since the singer was previously the protagonist of the brand’s “Le Splash” campaign in 2022. On that occasion, Bad Bunny dazzled with summer outfits in pastel and neon tones, thus demonstrating his affinity with the aesthetics of the Parisian brand.

Bad Bunny reaffirmed his preference for Jacquemus by choosing an elegant white tailored ensemble for the 2023 Met Gala. In a gesture of complicity, designer Simon Porte Jacquemus chose to wear the same design, but in black, generating headlines thanks to the risky open-back design of the blazer, which both wore with confidence and style.

Bad Bunny and Peso Pluma together at the Super Bowl, a collaboration on the horizon?

The night of the Super Bowl offered a sporting spectacle of great magnitude, attracting prominent personalities from music and film. Among the crowd gathered at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, figures such as Bad Bunny and Peso Pluma stood out, who did not want to miss the final of one of the most important sporting events in the world.

The Latin presence was felt in the stadium, with Bad Bunny in the audience, accompanied by Peso Pluma. However, they weren’t the only familiar faces present at the event, as an impressive list of celebrities came together to witness the Super Bowl, including Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Lana Del Rey, Ice Spice, Blake Lively, Russell Wilson, Hailey Bieber, Ciara, Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner, Jared Leto, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton and Paul McCartney, as well as renowned Mexican and Puerto Rican performers.

During the post-match celebration, an iconic encounter was captured between Bad Bunny and Peso Pluma, who posed together alongside members of their respective teams. Could this meeting suggest a possible collaboration between the artists?

Despite the apparent camaraderie shown in the images, it is observed that Peso Pluma, although smiling, seems not to be as enthusiastic as his partner Bad Bunny. The latter, known for hits like “Ojitos Lindos,” shared some photos on his Instagram account that suggest that he did not fully enjoy the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. In these images, Bad Bunny appears alone, apparently oblivious to the spectacle that was taking place around him.

On social networks, speculation did not take long to arise, especially around Bad Bunny’s possible discomfort due to the presence of his ex-girlfriend, supermodel Kendall Jenner, who also attended the event. It is worth mentioning that in 2018, the Puerto Rican participated in the halftime show alongside Shakira and Jennifer Lopez, although this time he returned to the Super Bowl as a spectator, instead of a guest artist.
