The national coach of Mexico, Jaime Lozano continues with his tour of Europe and this Saturday during his stay in England he had the opportunity to meet Edson Álvarezmidfielder who lives at West Ham United.
In the run-up to the important match that the Hammers will play this Sunday against Arsenal, The Mexican coach was able to chat and catch up with the midfielder’s news who has become a fundamental piece in the team led by David Moyes.
In a video on the social networks of the Mexican National Team you could see what was part of the meeting between Jaime Lozano, along with the entourage that accompanies him on the tour of the Old Continent, and the “Machín”, in the first of several meetings that the coach will hold with the players in Europe.

This meeting was not the first that the Mexican coach made since his arrival in England. On Friday he had already had the opportunity to visit the facilities of Brentford, a Premier League team where he was able to talk with coach Thomas Frank and with Mexican Bernardo Cueva, who is part of the coaching staff as a set piece specialist in said English team.
It should be remembered that Cueva, who has been working with Brentford since the 2020 season, also recently became part of the Council of Experts of the Mexican Football Federation (FMF) in the Sports Intelligence part.
That same Friday The Mexican delegation also visited the Football Association (FA) facilities.where he took the opportunity to learn a little about the methodology that the English use in various topics related to football in the lower categories as well as at the national team level.
After his time in England, where a meeting with Raúl Jiménez, Fulham forward who is currently injured, is still expected, Jaime Lozano will be traveling to the Netherlands, Spain and Italy to continue meeting with the Mexican players.
The Mexican National Team is preparing for an intense 2024 in which will be playing the semifinals of the Concacaf Nations League against Panama in March and then will participate in the Copa América in the United States that will take place between next June and July.
