Hugh Hefner's widow tells details about how Christmas was lived at the Playboy Mansion

The Californian model Crystal Harris37 years old and who was married to magnate Hugh Hefner until the day she died, revealed what Christmas used to be like at the famous Playboy mansion, where she had the opportunity to spend several of these festivities.

Today, 6 years after Hefner’s death, Crystal became nostalgic and shared that she used to receive a visit from her parents on that important day.

He also acknowledged that he still has some of the decorations with which he used to decorate the luxurious property, such as a life-size Santa Claus, so it is inevitable that he will not remember what he experienced there.

“When I take out some decorations now, I think about when I was in the mansion. We had Santa Claus in the great room of the mansion. I told him I wanted it and he bought it for me at a store in Brentwood. When I warned him about the dimensions, he said, ‘Of course,'” shared Crystal, who met Hefner when she was just 23 years old.

She also recounted the gifts that she used to give the billionaire on the occasion of these festivities.

“One year I gave him a self-portrait based on recycled objects. On another occasion, I gave him a globe on which I pointed out that there was a club anywhere in the world. Or an acrylic backgamon board with a kiss from me printed on it,” she shared.

What was the Playboy mansion where Crystal Harris spent some Christmases like?

The luxurious residence, which was inhabited by any number of women since 1974 and was built in 1927, was sold by Hugh Hefner, on August 16, 2016, for $100 million dollars, but it was not until his death that the house passed into the hands of the tycoon Daren Metropoulosas that was the agreement they reached to carry out the operation.

The Playboy Mansion, as we could see in the technical sheet released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, has an area of 14,217 square feetwith seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, games room, wine cellar, catering kitchen, movie theater, gym, among other rooms.

Outside, on his lot 5.02 acresthe imposing residence has extensive green areas, a game house, a tennis court, a guest house with four bedrooms, a resort-style pool with its respective spa area and a large cave-shaped grotto, among other amenities.

It is also one of the few Los Angeles residences licensed to own its own zoo.
