Evaluna Montaner reveals that while she was pregnant she never went to the doctor

Interviewed on the podcast “Thinking Well, We Thought Wrong”conducted by Stefania Roitman (her sister-in-law), Montaner said that a midwife was the one who treated her: “Camilo She started studying things about motherhood and fatherhood. I feel like that changed us too. The birth experience was unique, because there is something called a birth plan…passing it on to your doulato your midwife, to your obstetrician.”

Evaluna also said that she always wanted to have a holistic pregnancy, but in the end her birth was very similar to that of millions of women.: “I wanted to give birth in the bathtub, in hot water…and I said: ‘The position they put in the hospital is unnatural, because gravity doesn’t work that way, legs raised.’ I was in labor for 29 hours, then we moved to the shower, until I was in my bed, with my legs up, giving birth as I said I was not going to give birth.”

As for reviews, the singer also revealed that there were none: “I didn’t have a gynecologist. Nobody gave me ultrasounds, ultrasounds, or anything like that. The entire pregnancy was completely a leap of faith; everything was with a midwife with which I listened to his little heart with a stethoscope, but I never saw how it went, and I didn’t even know if it was going to be a boy or a girl.”

After these statements, the singer’s daughter Ricardo Montaner has received all kinds of criticism.
