Donald Trump, who is facing trial for allegedly committing financial fraud in New York, accuses Judge Arthur Engoron’s wife of creating a drawing depicting him as a prisoner.
The New York tycoon was the subject of an investigation carried out by Letitia James, attorney general of New York, in which it was detected that Donald Trump and his sons Eric and Donald deliberately manipulated the value of their business assets to pay less taxes and obtain better insurance coverage.
For this reason, a trial began led by Judge Arthur Engoron, whom Trump has constantly attacked, since he does not consider it fair that he should be classified as guilty from the beginning, but above all without a jury involved. to deliberate on the evidence presented.
Based on this, the legal team of the former president of the nation has requested the annulment of the process under the argument that there is an alleged prejudice on the part of the judge and his legal assistant towards him, stating that both had “contaminated” the case.
For its part, Judge Engoron has asked the 77-year-old Republican’s lawyers to moderate their client’s statements, but far from being intimidated, Trump continues to issue controversial messages through the Truth Social social network.
Recently, The former president attributed Dawn Engoron, wife of Judge Arthur Engoron, with having published several messages on platform —formerly known as Twitter— where in addition to considering him condemned, it represents him with a drawing wearing an orange uniform alluding to the prisoners, which was allegedly created with the help of artificial intelligence.
“Judge Engoron’s Trump-hating wife, along with his very disturbed and angry law clerk, have taken control of the New York State witch hunt trial targeting me, my family, and the Republican Party,” he wrote .
Apparently, Laura Loomer, a far-right activist, was the one who first discovered the messages that Trump refers and where They also represent her as the “Wicked Witch of the West” from “The Wizard of Oz,” an idea accompanied by the legend “she is heading to the big house.”this presumably in reference to the fact that the character with ideas of returning to the presidency will end up in prison soon.
