More than two years ago, the driver Adamari Lopez and the dancer Toni Costa They decided to end their relationship, shocking the public who followed their love story closely. It is now that the famous woman decided to open her heart and share how she experienced this difficult process, as well as the effect it had on the life of her daughter Alaïa.
It was during an interview with Erika de la Vega that the Puerto Rican revealed that although the decision to end their relationship was hers, this did not prevent adapting to this new reality from being difficult.
“At the beginning, although I was the one who made the decision, there is anger, there is pain and maybe I am not the same as I was at the beginning. I have always wanted Alaïa and Toni to have a beautiful relationship and spend time. Alaïa, I feel that she needs her father and she enjoys it a lot and Toni also spends a nice time with her and it does good for both of them,” he expressed in front of the cameras.
Regarding the great partnership that he has formed with his ex-partner for raising the daughter they share, Adamari López indicated that the path was not easy, but they finally managed to find a balance.
“Now I think I am much more relaxed, there have been situations in which I think she has demonstrated the ability she has to keep an eye on her., to have it in a safe place and the more security it gives me in that aspect, the more peace of mind I have and we all enjoy that process. And that’s where we are,” she explained.
Finally, the Puerto Rican dismissed the rumors that claim that her friendship with the Spaniard has become uncomfortable. On the contrary, they remain with the fixed goal of being on the same page for the well-being of their little girl.
“Toni and I are always going to have a good relationship because Alaïa is going to unite us for the rest of our lives. (…) We don’t necessarily have to be close friends, but there has to be cordiality and a good relationship between him and me,” he stated.
