A dog with human remains in its snout revealed the existence of clandestine graves in Jalisco

The disappearance of people is an alarming situation in Mexico, since clandestine graves with dozens of bodies are constantly discovered in that country, and one of these places was recently found in the state of Jalisco thanks to a group of stray dogs.

As if it were a scene from a horror movie, one of those animals was responsible for the discovery, carrying a human arm in its snout.which alerted the residents of the city of Zapopan, who reported what happened.

This is how a site was discovered in which seven graves were found, which began to be investigated, but the presence of the dogs has made the horror greater, because since the dogs enter and leave the site without any restrictions, it is likely that they fed on human remains.

This was revealed to the newspaper Milenio by María de Lourdes Ruíz, a member of the Luz de Esperanza collective, who pointed out that the limb on the dog’s snout, which gave rise to the discovery, still had tissue and the tattoos it had were visible.

Loss of remains in the graves

So far, no exact figures of the discovery have been released, it has only been reported that several packages with human remains have been found. However, the presence of stray dogs aggravates the situation, as some limbs have already been lost.

“Imagine how many pieces the animals could be taking out at night and that we will never find”Héctor Flores, leader of the aforementioned group, told the weekly Proceso.

Flores added that the land where the graves are located is large and there are many dogs in the area, “apart from the fact that it is possibly not the only part where there are remains, so it is necessary that, along with the processing, a generalized search be carried out with collectives and with search personnel.”

It should be noted that on the property where the graves were found, people’s bodies were “thrown”meaning that they were not buried well, as happens in other clandestine burial sites, according to Ruiz told Telediario, which caused the dogs to arrive at the site attracted by the smell.

For now, the members of the group can only hope that the area is protected correctly, and that the authorities show the results of the bodies found there, always with the hope of finding their loved ones who disappeared.
