Two Hispanic men from Southern California were charged with Allegedly supplying pills containing fentanyl and methamphetamine for sale online.
Omar Navia, 38, a resident of South Los Angeles; and Adan Ruiz, 27, of Garden Grove.they could be sentenced to decades in prison or even life in federal prison.
The two Hispanic men are accused of provide counterfeit oxycodone M30 pills counterfeit with fentanyl and other narcotics to offer them for sale on the dark web, the United States Department of Justice reported.
Navia and Ruiz were charged last month and The authorities arrested him on Thursday, November 2.

The two Hispanic men pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to distribute and possess fentanyl and methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Ruiz faces an additional charge of distribution of fentanyl.
According to prosecutors, Ruiz and Navia participated along with two other people who have already admitted their guilt.
Rajiv Srinivasan, 38, of Houston; and Michael Ta, 25, of Westminster, were indicted last year by a federal grand jury on related charges. The two pleaded guilty this year and are expected to be sentenced next year, prosecutors said.
According to prosecutors, Srinivasan and Ta acknowledged that three people died as a result of their drug trafficking activities.in addition to admitting that they sold pills with fentanyl to two other victims who died shortly after.

Under the username “redlightlabs”Srinivasan and Ta allegedly obtained narcotics supplied by Navia and Ruiz, and subsequently sold them on the dark web to customers located in all 50 states of the country.
According to documents found by researchers, the group allegedly sold nearly 124,000 fentanyl pills in 2022in addition to selling 20 pounds of methamphetamine and smaller amounts of powdered fentanyl, black tar heroin and cocaine, according to the indictment.
The two Hispanic men remain in custody of the authorities without the right to bail. The trial against both is expected to begin on December 26.
On the charge of conspiracy, Navia and Ruiz could be sentenced to life in prison in a federal prisonl; while Ruiz, on the charge of distributing fentanyl, could receive a sentence of up to 20 years behind bars.
