Direct payment worth up to $1,312 dollars will be sent on November 16: who will receive it

Next week it is expected that Eligible Alaska Residents Receive Latest One-Time 2023 Permanent Fund Dividend Paymentswhich reach a value of $1,312 dollars, this money comes from the state’s mineral income and seeks to benefit the current and future generations of the entity.

According to Adam Crum, commissioner of the Alaska Department of Revenue, “2023 PFD marks 42nd year Alaskans receive their share of natural resource wealth of the state,” he said in a statement.

“This year, we processed at least 8,000 more applications than in 2022. The 2023 PFD will inject nearly a billion dollars into the state’s economy and directly into the hands of Alaskans,” Crum noted.

Residents eligible for this direct payment are those who have some requirements such as: having the intention of remaining as a permanent resident in the state, have not claimed residency in another state and have not been a convicted felon.

This last payment will be sent specifically to those who are in “Eligible-Unpaid” status as of November 8 and they have not yet received this payment either for 2023 or the previous year, therefore, they will receive it next Thursday, November 16.

How much is the direct payment amount?

The amounts of direct payments to Alaska residents reach $1,312 each by 2023 this as reported by the state Department of Revenue.

Finally, Crum highlighted “I would like to thank our Permanent Fund Dividend Division for their tireless work this year in administering the program and processing applications,” he said.
