Data from a survey conducted by NewsNation/Decision Desk HQ revealed that Joe Biden’s disapproval rating as president rose to 56% among Americans.
This way, The aspirations of being re-elected as head of the White House could become complicated for the 80-year-old Democrat, if he fails to improve the image he projects to potential voters.
According to the survey through which the opinion of a thousand people registered on the electoral rolls consulted between October 23 and 24 was captured, only 44% approve of Biden’s job.
Of said percentage, 85% who defined themselves as democrats would be willing to vote for him to remain at the head of the government.
With respect to persons declared independent, Only 40% would trust to let him govern for one more period.
And as for Republicans, only 10% approve of his management.
Among Biden’s supporters, whose ages range between 18 and 34, 48% evaluated his management favorably.
Regarding citizens between 35 and 55 years old, 45% successfully approved their work at the head of the federal administration.
Of people over 55 years of age who were asked for their opinion, only 42% rated the work of the nation’s leader as very positive.
By racial segment, African American respondents gave Biden a 61% approval rating.
On the side of Latino and Asian American voters, they supported him with 55%.
For their part, white citizens, their approval rate was 42%.
Although in this survey voters were not asked whether Joe Biden’s age would influence them to vote for his candidacy in the next presidential elections, the results of other works have brought to light that this issue has become a concern Therefore, although a sector of citizens is inclined to continue with the Democrats at the head of the government, there are fears that the current president will not be able to complete another period of work.
This situation encouraged Representative Dean Phillips to register almost at the last minute for the list of candidates for the Democratic nomination, which automatically made him the most prominent candidate of the three competing for the nomination against Joe Biden.
