Kim Kardashian launches exclusive underwear collaboration with the NBA

The NBA and Kim Kardashian reached an agreement this Monday for the SKIMS brand to be the official underwear of the NBA, WNBA and the men’s basketball team.

SKIMS Mens launched on October 26 and features three collections of everyday essentials with Canadian Shai Gildeous Alexander, Oklahoma City Thunder player, as main image.

“I am incredibly proud of SKIMS’ partnership with the NBA, as it is a reflection of SKIMS’ growing influence on culture.”said Kim Kardashian, co-founder and creative director of SKIMS. “Together, SKIMS and the NBA will connect people of all backgrounds through fashion, sports and talent, and I look forward to seeing the partnership thrive.”

Kim Kardashian created the SKIMS brand together with Jens Grede in 2019, which includes underwear, shapewear and loungewear.

As part of the partnership, SKIMS will also receive media exposure across a variety of league platforms, including through virtual on-court signage during NBA and WNBA national broadcasts, as well as on the leagues’ official social and digital platforms.

“SKIMS has quickly become one of our most culturally influential brands,” said NBA Commissioner Adam Silver. “We look forward to providing NBA fans and SKIMS users with unique experiences, new offerings and premium products through our partnership.”

How much does Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS brand underwear cost?

Figures such as Gildeous Alexander, Neymar Jr. and other sports figures represent SKIMS.

Men’s underwear ranges from $17 to $55, which includes three items depending on the size and the fabric the products are made of.

The brand also has sports t-shirts and t-shirts that range from $55 to $105.
