The presence of organized crime in the state of Jalisco has reached alarming levels, as armed confrontations in broad daylight, disappearances of people and the discovery of drug graves are becoming more frequent.

However, recent discoveries have revealed that, now, The drug cartels that operate in that entity have clandestine crematoriums to disappear his rivals or kidnapping victims.

One of these places was found by the Collective of Searching Mothers of Jalisco in the municipality of San Pedro Tlaquepaque. The crematorium is located in a ravine and It still had human remains inside..

This was revealed by Indira Navarro, leader of the group. “An oven was located, a crematorium with many charred bone remains. You can’t imagine the infinity there is… It’s still hot, they say they set it on fire two days ago, but there are a lot of bones.”, he wrote on social networks along with a video of the macabre discovery.

“If you look, smoke still coming out, it was still on. The white things you see are pieces of charred bones. In the video you can’t see it well, but there are pieces of bones everywhere,” he is heard saying during the recording.

Anonymous calls alerted about that place

In the images shared by the search group you can see smoke coming out of the oven, while in another part of the video you can see bones between the stones and the earth.

According to Mexican media such as the weekly Proceso, there was also a bucket and some clothes in the place, most of them men’s. Furthermore, it was reported that The discovery was made thanks to several anonymous calls that alerted search engines about said site.

Finally, the activist said she was fearful after the almost immediate arrival of police from Tlaquepaque, since they had not yet reported the discovery and the uniformed officers arrived to begin recording the searchers on video, which is why she said they felt intimidated instead of feel cared for.

Later, personnel from the Secretariat of National Defense and the State Prosecutor’s Office arrived at the area, although the latter agency avoided confirming the discovery, and its press office said that at the moment they could not confirm anything.
