The statement that Real Madrid’s Brazilian forward Vinicius Jr had to give as a victim of racist insults received at the Valencian Mestalla stadium has been postponed for the second time and is moved from September 28 to October 5as judicial sources have informed EFE.

The reason for this postponement responds solely to organizational reasons of the courts and has not been requested by the player or by any of the parties, The same sources have pointed out.

The footballer is expected to connect by videoconference from a court in Madrid to respond to the questions raised by the head of the Court of Instruction number 10 of Valenciawhich investigates this cause, as well as those of the rest of the parties, including LaLiga, the Royal Spanish Football Federation and Real Madrid as accusations.

This is the second time his court appearance has been postponed, since the first one initially scheduled for last June. which was canceled because the footballer was on vacation abroad.

During the League match between Valencia and Real Madrid at Mestalla on May 21, Vinicius reported having suffered racist insults from some fans who were behind the goal and which meant that the game was stopped for several minutes for this reason.
