The Los Angeles real estate market gave a lot to talk about a few hours ago after the mansion of Bel Air where the filmmaker lived Alfred Hitchcock.

The property, built in 1942 by the designer carlton burgesswas sold in $8,810,000 dollarsa figure higher than that claimed by its last owners, who originally launched it on the market for $8,250,000 dollars.

The residence would have been bought by the actor Reinout Oerlemanswhich just two years ago acquired a mansion in Beverly Hills for $19,000,000 dollars.

According to the technical file, released by various specialized media in the sale of real estate, the house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, office, laundry room, garage for three vehicles, among other rooms.

Outside there is a terrace, green areas, swimming pool with its respective spa area, storage rooms, among other amenities.
