Violence in the state of Veracruz does not stop, as organized crime groups continue to generate panic among the region’s inhabitants with armed attacks in which innocent people often die.
This recently happened in a bar located in the municipality of Tlapacoyan, where two men arrived and began shooting at the employees and customers of the place, before fleeing.
According to the first reports from local authorities, two women and a man died in the businesswhile two other people were injured and were taken to a hospital for treatment, but later one of them lost his life.
After this massacre, the Veracruz Secretary of Public Security stated that investigate the relationship that the establishment could have with the illegal sale of drugsadding that one of the fatalities is the owner of the bar.

In addition, attacks on bars have intensified in different regions of the entity, such as those that occurred last January in the municipalities of Poza Rica and Coatzintla, where eight people were murdered.
