The New York real estate market made headlines a few hours ago after it was announced that a luxurious and historic mansion that belonged to the Rockefellers was put up for sale.
The property was launched on the market by $57,500,000 dollars by Doug Band and his partner, who bought it in 2018 and made several improvements and a very strong investment of about $20,000,000 dollars.
The house, which is close to 100 years old, was remodeled four years ago, so it looks like it did in its heyday.
According to the technical file, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the former home of the Rockefellers has an extension of 12,500 square feet and is distributed over 5 floors.
It has 8 bedrooms, hall, three kitchens, dining room, dining room, living room, main room, piano room, movie theater, simulator, sports room, sauna, laundry room, elevator, among other rooms.
