Gasoline price in the US: Which are the states with the cheapest fuel?

In a report presented by the American Automobile Association (AAA) it detailed that the national average price for a gallon of gasoline was located for this Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at $3.84 dollars the regular one is that there was a decrease compared to the $3.85 dollars of last week.

As for the medium grade gasoline according to AAA, it is around $4.27 dollars, the first quality $4.60 dollars, the Diesel at $4.35 dollars and E85 at $3.14 dollars.

Here is a list of the states where gas is cheaper:

Texas

The average price of gasoline reached $3.45 dollars, well below the national average, it also presented an increase compared to last week when it was located at $3.44 dollars.

Virginia

The average price of a gallon of regular grade gasoline is $3.65 below the national average, there was a drop from last week when it was located at $3.66 dollars.

Maryland

Regular grade gasoline at $3.80 remains below the national average, up a few digits from $3.79 last week.

Washington D.C.

The average price of a gallon of regular grade gasoline is $4.02 dollarsa few digits above the national average and up from last week when it stood at $4.01.

NY

This state remains above the national average, locating the price of un gallon of regular grade gasoline at $3.91 same as last week.

California

The average price of a gallon of regular grade gasoline is $5.25well above the national average and a few digits more than last week when it stood at $5.15 dollars.
