Police are searching for Andrea Vásquez, a 19-year-old Latina girl who was kidnapped in the middle of a gunfight at midnight on August 20 in the Penn Park parking lot in the city of Whittier in southern Los County. Angels.

Penn Park is located at 13950 Penn Street in Whittier.

According to the Whittier police report, a witness reported that when she was in the park accompanied by Andrea, an armed individual drove up in her vehicle and fired in her direction.

Immediately afterwards, he told the police that he ran from the place, but when he returned he discovered blood outside his vehicle and his friend Andrea, who was with him, was no longer there.

Andrea is described as a Hispanic female, standing 5.3 feet tall and weighing 103 pounds. She has reddish brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved crop top, khaki pants and black Converse shoes.

She has a tattoo of Edlyn’s name on the back of her neck, the constellation Aries etched on the top of her right hand, and a navel piercing.

Police have issued a call to anyone who may have information about this incident or who was in Penn Park between 11pm on August 19 and 1am on August 20. They are asked to call the commander on duty at 562-567-9255.
