“I am ten times a better player than last season. I am comfortable with these players, surrounded by them I am like a sponge, absorbing from my peers. That’s why I’m so good, there are many games left, I have to continue growing and contributing, ”he told Real Madrid TV.

“I am very happy but the most important thing is to play well and contribute. I know that I will arrive and that my teammates will look for me but it is not about goals, although I am delighted to score, the important thing is to help the team win”, he added.

In his first comeback as a Real Madrid player, Bellingham recalled what he saw from a distance and highlighted the calm he felt on the faces of his teammates, convinced that they would turn the game around.

“What I liked the most was the comeback. Many teams have a hard time if they fit in early, not us. On top of that, playing well, without panicking and making it a comfortable game at the end”, he analyzed.

“I have seen comebacks many times as a child on TV. I remember thinking, they are not going to be able, and they went back. Now, here I am living this experience. There is a kind of serenity and you never think that we are going to lose, you see the faces of my teammates and there is no anxiety, they know that they are going to come back ”, he added.

Lastly, he thanked the affection he receives from Real Madrid. “I hope you are enjoying the game. I love playing for them and no matter the result you have to show them affection. If they are happy, we are all. I am delighted with how they have received me. I want to continue giving them happiness, ”she declared.
