Not even the first month of the death of the presenter Talina Fernández and her children, Coco and Pato, have already had their first differences over the inheritance of La Dama del Buen Decir.

According to a source, consulted by TVNotas magazine, the bone of contention between the two is the one that was their mother’s mansion and that is located in the Hills of Chapultepecone of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Mexico City.

The dispute is that Duck wants to sell the house that was his mother’s home for more than 45 years, while Coconut wants to keep it

“There have already been confrontations because Coco has realized that things have disappeared. He feels that Pato is selling everything to survive and insists that they sell the house as soon as the will is opened, which Coco does not want, ”said the informant.

The same source pointed out that not only Coco and Pato are the heirs to the beautiful residence, but also the three children of Mariana Levi, who lost his life in 2005 after suffering a heart attack, which would further complicate the already existing dispute over the property.

“If things are stipulated as they say they are, the house will be divided between his children, María, and even his grandchildren, José Emilio and Paula. So, it will have five owners,” the source continued.

During the tour she gave to ¡HOLA! magazine, Talina Fernández boasted of her great taste for nature and art, even keeping a very expensive swan that was given to her by the also deceased Emilio Azcárraga Milmo, former owner of Televisa.
