André Jardine sat down for the first time in the Azteca stadium and the result was a defeat for America club 1-2 against Juárez FC who did not hesitate to embitter the debut of the Brazilian who ended up being chosen late and was noted in the planning of a team that fell apart with substitute pieces throughout the match.
Despite taking the lead on the scoreboard, the Azulcrema team could not hold out the entire match and the Bravos de Juárez only needed the final five minutes to reverse the score and add the first three points of this recently started Opening Tournament of the Liga MX, while those led by André Jardine added the first disappointment of this new cycle.
