Tom Brady, who recently announced his retirement from American football after parting ways with Gisele Bündchen, took out a loan of $35,000,000 dollars to build the mansion of your dreams in the area of Indian Creekin California.

The property, which he acquired in 2020 for $17,000,000 dollars and is located on a lot about 2 acreswill receive a considerable improvement after the approval of the millionaire loan by JPMorgan.

“The Brady loan will have an initial annual interest rate of 8.25 percent during the construction period. It expires in June 2025, at which time the borrower would probably refinance,” says The Real Deal portal, which was the outlet that broke the news.

According to the same site, with this authorization the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers player will see his dream of building the mansion he had in mind for a couple of years come true.

Brady contemplates that his home is distributed over two floors and that it has, among other rooms and amenities, a gym, sports courts, a cabana, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, among other amenities.
